I started in Poodles as a child when my family bought our first Poodle, a Miniature named Fallon. I was fascinated by the breed and the dog shows, and at 12 started learning the art of showing Poodles by apprenticing for the talented Shelley Wooldridge.

My mother and I bred and showed several Miniature poodles, but I desparately wanted a Toy Poodle. I saved every penny I could and at 15 was able to buy my very own Toy Poodle, Mandi Sue, a lovely white girl who finished her Championship and had 2 litters of puppies. Mandi Sue was such a charmer that we decided to focus on Toy Poodles and had several litters and quite a few Champions.

As an adult, I have continued my interest in showing dogs and am now an AKC Registered Dog Handler. In addition to Toy Poodles, I have been able to add a few delightful Standard Poodles to my heart and home.
